No, I haven’t heard about this Its totally wrong I guess. Constipation only happens when you eat something wrong which doesn’t suit your immune system . Relax and enjoy your Road biking.

Another possibility to look at is tightening up of your pelvic floor. Especially if your bike fit isn’t right and your not sitting on ur sit bones. I’m only learnt about this side recently. Ofcourse there’s nutrition. But if your muscles in that area are tight it may be a factor too!
